Construction Update
Excavation at Shangri-La Toronto condo tower residences is now well underway and with a depth of over 50 feet already, the soil removal should be completed in early 2009. Spring will bring the construction crane on the Toronto Shangri-La condominum tower real estate site and will be the beginning of our concrete pour with completion of Shangri-La Toronto planned for the summer of 2012. For a bird’s eye view of our construction progress, we would be happy to schedule an appointment to visit our sales centre which overlooks our site on the corner of University Avenue and Adelaide Street.
