Here are some of the ranges for the Toronto Design Haus floor plans: Studios range from 328 to 365 square feet and are priced during presales from $249,990. The 1 bedroom Design Haus floorplans range from 443 to 498 square feet and they start from $306,900. The one bedroom plus den layouts range from 446 to 641 square footage and from $297,900. The Design Haus 2 bedroom floor plans range from 583 to 777 square feet and are priced from $385,900 to $449,900. There is a single 2 bedroom plus den layout available during presales at 700 square feet and priced between $473,900 to $483,900 depending on the floor. The very spacious 3 bedroom layouts range from 742 to 878 sqft and are priced between $434,900 to $499,900. The total deposit structure due is 21% with the following due: five per cent upon signing, 90 days, 260 days, 365 days and 1% at occupancy.
