Originally built in 1900, the classic brick building is located in part of the oldest side of the city: Pioneer Square. About the Nord
The Seattle Nord Lofts and condominiums will be located in Pioneer Square at 312 1st Avenue South. A low rise brick style building in the heart of the historic area of Seattle, the Nord Condominium Lofts will be between the sizes of three hundred and seventy nine square feet all the way to seven hundred and ninety two sq ft (the smaller being the Nord Studios and the larger ones being the two bedroom layout plans). The conversion will take several month, and the expected completion date for the Nord Condos will be this fall 2007.
