is home to many new pre-construction real estate property developments.
You can find luxury condos, private homes and exclusive residences
in Denver's real estate market.
Denver is the capital and the largest city of Colorado.
Denver has often been nicknamed the Mile High City because of
its official elevation being exactly 1 mike (5280 feet) above
sea level. Denver has also been historically known as the Queen
City of the Plains because of its importance in agriculture along
the front range region. Denver has a population of 579,000, and
a great metropolitan population of 2.8 million making it the 22nd
largest populated metro area in the US. Denver Colorado is located
just east of the Rocky Mountains, the city is on the east side
of the South Platte River and approximately 15 miles from the
foot hills.
The presales and condominium pre-construction
Denver Properties On Sale
Home of the Broncos of the NFL, the Nuggets of the NBA and the
Avalance of the NHL, Denver is the mile high city with much to
be happy for. Pre-construction condo homes and apartments in Denver
are now some of the hottest topics around and like much of the
Pacific Northwest, Denver Colorado has bucked the trend when it
comes to the stability and growth of the real estate construction
market place. Not only has the market been strong, sales and pricing
have actually continued to increase as many people consider Denver
as a perfect place to live. With winter and summer events and
things to do happened throughout the year, Denver real estate
investment properties and condominium tower residences including
lofts and urban apartment suites are being snatched up during
pre-sales launches and even during pre-construction or often called
‘off the plan’ floorplans and availability. The housing
market is still very tight, including the rental property side
of things, and there doesn’t seem to be a let down anytime
soon. There have been a number of luxurious and sophisticated
condominium tower residences for presales lately and these master
planned communities provide the most amazing of hotel style amenities
including large clubhouses, swimming pools, meeting and business
centers as well as recreational facilities to create the ultimate
living urban experience in the place that you sleep. In addition,
there are many new live/work apartments and loft residence sin
pre-construction phase right now in Denver Colorado and there
are always affordable and good buys around if you look. When walking
through downtown just a few years ago after dark and after work
hours, it was downright ugly and scary. However, the city government
of Denver have made huge strides in providing adequate construction
permits and renovation properties so that the downtown core has
been transformed into a place where couples and individuals want
to live and even consider hip and ultra chic. With an influx of
new entertainment, restaurants, night life and shoping available,
the Denver downtown real estate pre-sales and preconstruction
market is hot as ever as many young professionals who have always
dreamed about moving back into the city now have a clear option
of purchasing or renting new loft residences, live/work condominium
apartments and other detached dwellings such as home and townhomes
in masterplanned districts throughout the city.
Pre-sale and Recreational Resort
Real Estate Opportunities in Denver
Another thing that comes to mind when you think of Colorado
are all the winter resorts. Skiing and snowboarding and other
winter activities have become synonomous with Denver and pre-construction
resort recreational properties are on the rise. As people’s
incomes have increased and disposal cash is more readily available
to couples retiring within the next decade, the presales Denver
resort real estate market is hotter than ever with prices even
eclipsing those of the city center. These magnificent real estate
opportunities include ski chalets, fractional ownership models,
shared ownership townhomes and bungalows that are close to Denver
and within reach of all the outdoors activities you have always
dreamt about. The pre-construction Denver recreational property
market will continue to be in strong demand, so if you are planning
on purchasing a ski home or winter resort condo in Denver, now
is the time to take a stab and go for it. With the growing economy
there has been a recent boom in real estate in Denver. Growing
in popularity are inner city condo developments that offer residents
the convenience of living in a city combined with the luxuries
of a suburban home. Real estate prices have continued to grow
fueled by the expanding population, and the growing trend for
inner city residential homes. Investors looking for a sound economy
and future potential need to look further than Denver Colorado
– and with developers regularly adding new properties and
high-rise condo buildings to the market now is a perfect time
to take advantage of Denver’s unique real-estate market.
Denver pre-construction real estate property developments features
luxury condo residences, private homes and exclusive townhomes.
Denver real estate is hot, and often, many of the Dallas pre-construction
condominium towers are sold-out even before the project breaks
ground.
The Cilmate of Denver
Denver Colorado has a semi-arid climate and is well known for
its dry winters, wetter springs and low humidity summers. The
weather of Denver is heavily influenced by the Rocky Mountains
to the west. IN the winter storms dump large snow falls on the
mountains on the western edge of the range. Denver received much
less snow fall than you would expect of a city located to close
to the famous Rocky Mountains. The climate, while considered mild
compared to the mountains to the west and the plains further east,
can often be very unpredictable. An often-repeated
saying made by people living in Denver is "If you don't like
the weather, wait five minutes." Measurable amounts of snow
have fallen in Denver as late as Memorial Day and as early as
Labor Day, although trace amounts have been recorded in June.
September snowstorms of two feet or more have occurred, although
these are rare.
The Neighbourhoods around Denver
Denver has 79 neighborhoods that the Denver City Administrators,
city planners and community groups use for planning and administration.
Although the City's delineation of the neighborhood boundaries
is somewhat arbitrary, the City's definitions of its neighborhoods
roughly correspond to those used by residents. Denver Colorado
also has a number of neighborhoods not reflected in the City's
administrative neighborhoods. Sometimes these neighborhoods reflect
the way people in an area identify themselves; sometimes they
reflect how others, such as real estate developers, have defined
those areas.
Among the neighborhoods commonly spoken of are
historic and trendy LoDo (short for "Lower Downtown Denver"),
part of the City's Union Station neighborhood; Capitol Hill, Washington
Park; Uptown, part of the North Capitol Hill neighborhood; Curtis
Park, part of the Five Points neighborhood; Alamo Placita, the
northern part of the Speer neighborhood; and the Golden Triangle,
roughly the Civic Center neighborhood.
