Increased Aqua condominium building height eliminates the need for a heavy and dense wall of buildings which would block out 6 floors of light and views. There are current examples of this in the area. Road Improvements - the City of Kelowna has in its plans, road improvements on Lakeshore that include a new bridge over Mission Creek and widening to 4 lanes for the Aqua Resort condo property in Kelowna real estate market. The Aqua condo resort development is not the driver of these improvements, in fact, the City has had these upgrades in their plans for several years.
