Atlanta Pre-Construction Real Estate
Atlanta is the largest and most populous city
in the state of Georgia and is the subject of intense study because
of it’s urban sprawl from the ever growing population. Preconstruction
Atlanta real estate presales property development is hot and fiercely
sought after.
As the poster child for cities around
the world on how an urban city can sprawl due to population residential
growth, commercial development and change, Atlanta, Georgia now
has a city population of 419,122 and a metropolis population of
over 4,700,000.
Atlanta Presales Real
Estate Developments
Due to the rapid revitalization of living spaces and pre-construction
revamped real state properties in Atlanta’s city center,
the urban city has enjoyed a large increase in population over
the past decade. As urban sprawl became absolutely ridiculous,
sometimes even extending more than 45 miles away from the outskirts
of Atlanta downtown core, the city put in place a planned property
presales development in the urban core to provide real estate
properties, condominium pre-sales developments as well as private
homes and residences within the city center. This is extremely
important when it comes to the growth of this rapidly expanding
city, as livability has always been a key issue in urban real
estate development projects. With new Atlanta pre-construction
condo towers, real estate projects and residences springing up
everywhere in downtown Atlanta, the first signs of this revitalization
master-planned can be seen. However, since the Summer Olympics
more than a decade ago, Atlanta growth has been steady but by
no means mind boggling. Real estate developers have found it hard
to please city council with new luxurious real estate pre-construction
condo properties and other presales condo residence tower high-rises.
With affordability already a key pull back factor in pre-construction
sellouts, Atlanta is in a difficult position for the next decade
if it aims to help those less fortunate and also providing luxurious
presales property condominiums for those who can afford these
exclusive homes. Tower residences and more affordable mid-rise
condo properties as well as revitalized and renovation real estate
projects may be the answer in solving some of these urban problems
faced by downtown Atlanta and the sprawling population. The Olympics
did showcase some new fabulous properties and developments in
the area as well as suitable athlete village housing that has
been converted to more low and mid-income opportunities, but the
main stage has been set with the many pre-construction Atlanta
condo tower residences and luxurious apartment urban flats in
downtown that will be completed within the next few years as the
city expands upwards into the skyline. With mortgage rates going
up and peoples spending habits being less, there are certainly
some wonderful real estate investment opportunities still out
there for the taking. All you need to do is do a bit more research
into the presales models and other pre-construction sales events
occuring throughout the downtown Atlanta city core every weekend.

The History of Atlanta,
Georgia
Atlanta was first founded by the Cherokee and Creek Indians and
by 1823, the white settlements started springing up in what was
once known as Standing Peachtree. This town along with Thrasherville
were incorporated as the city of Atlanta in 1847 with a population
of 9,550. Although Atlanta was destroyed by Union forces during
the American Civil War, it was chosen as the state capital of
Georgia in 1868. During the revitalization of the downtown urban
center of Atlanta, the city has seen a gradual increase in residents
and pre-construction real estate property developments that have
led to an increase of about 5% in population since the 1996 Atlanta
Summer Olympic Games. The nickname of Atlanta is ‘The Phoenix’
City as the phoenix bird shows up in many of it’s symbols.
Atlanta is one of the most prosperous cities in the United States
and is sometimes referred to as the ‘Capital of the South’.
African-Americans make a large majority of the residents and have
claimed large roles within the city government, police and other
industries.
